Security Services: Immigration, Police et al not recruiting – Interior …

The Ministry of Interior has warned the general public to be mindful of reports making rounds on social media that some security agencies are recruiting.

In a statement issued by the Ministry, it stated that the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Immigration Service, the Ghana Fire Service and the Ghana Prisons Services are not recruiting.

The general public is, hereby, advised to be wary of any persons or group of persons claiming to recruit into the security services. Any such person or group of persons purporting to recruit into the security agencies should be reported to the nearest police station.

The Ministry said that if any security agency wants to recruit persons into their fold into the service, they will advertise in the dailies.

In previous times people have been deceived by some scammers to pay huge sums of money with the promise of getting them recruited into any of the security services.
